Founder’s Background
Roxanne earned a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University at Albany, State University of New York, and a B.A. in psychology from Syracuse University. She graduated from Mount Markham High School in West Winfield, New York. She was inducted into the Mount Markham Central School Hall of Fame in June 1999 in recognition of her accomplishments and civic contributions.
She served Hamilton College as a Hamilton College Chapel Music Director, Gospel Choir Director and Interim Assistant Dean of Students for Multi-Cultural Affairs. Dr. Bellamy-Campbell is a former adjunct professor of psychology at Utica College of Syracuse University, and former Interpersonal Dynamics Specialist in affiliation with SUNY-IT of Utica/Rome.
As an established emotional wellness consultant, Dr. Bellamy-Campbell has more than 25 years of experience as a facilitator and presenter with more than 11 years of clinical experience helping individuals, groups, and families enrich their lives. She is the founder of Life Enrichment Consulting offering keynote addresses, presentations, consultations, and workshops on a variety of topics. She has served multiple agencies and organizations as a member of executive and advisory boards and is presently writing several books.
Since 1998, she has been ushered into a powerful and steadily growing solo music ministry resulting in the establishment of Mere Servant Ministries and Bolder Spirit Productions, a multifaceted productions company. Roxanne speaks and ministers in music under the artist name Mere Servant serving business, agencies and organizations such as churches, schools, colleges, shelters, rehab centers, nursing homes, and prisons. The combination of her Christian foundation and her appreciation of the arts has fostered conference, TV, drama, radio, and studio opportunities. Bolder Spirit Productions expanded into global ministry via Christian TV appearances in 2006 and 2008. In 2006, Roxanne traveled to Kenya, Africa to serve established missions benefiting children orphaned and impacted by AIDS.
